Description
Description We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and improve a complex, integrated enterprise environment. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization, from operations to leadership, to gather requirements, map processes, and help deliver system enhancements across ERP, CRM, and PLM platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring changes align with business needs, comply with governance standards, and maintain data integrity. In this position, you will also support process improvement efforts, conduct impact analysis across the value chain, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing to ensure system changes do not disrupt downstream functions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively between technical teams and business users while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Do Cross-Functional Requirement Discovery: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders - from floor managers to executive leadership -to document end-to-end business requirements System Governance & Standards: Support the enforcement of CoE governance models, ensuring that all system enhancements (ERP, CRM, PLM) comply with established global standards and corporate compliance. Process Mapping & Optimization: Utilize Lean methodologies to visualize current-state workflows and assist in designing future-state processes that eliminate waste and improve operational excellence. Data Integrity & Master Data Management: Assist in maintaining the "single source of truth" by auditing data across integrated platforms and identifying root causes of data discrepancies UAT Coordination: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across different departments, ensuring that a change in one system (e.g., Sales CPQ) does not negatively impact downstream functions (e.g., Finance or Production). Knowledge Management: Contribute to the CoE knowledge base by creating standardized training documentation and "Best Practice" guides for the broader organization. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with integrated enterprise environments (e.g., Salesforce, QAD, Plex) and business intelligence tools. Ability to perform "impact analysis" to understand how a small system change affects the entire value chain. Exceptional ability to facilitate conversations between technical developers and non-technical business users. Preferred Experience Agile Project Management: Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks, including familiarity with sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Continuous Improvement: Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks. Project Lifecycle: Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) or Procure-to-Pay cycles in a manufacturing or high-tech environment. Change Management: Experience or interest in how organizations adopt new technology and move through the "S-curve" of digital maturity.
