POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Systems and Operations Coordinator serves as the internal Salesforce Superuser, supporting the Sales, Product Service, Applications, and Customer Service teams. This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the Salesforce platform, providing user support and training, maintaining data integrity, and acting as a liaison between business users and the Salesforce Admin/IT.
This position requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and service-minded professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer service workflows in a manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and go-to resource for Salesforce-related questions within the team.
  • Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting issues and guiding users on best practices.
  • Assist in onboarding new users and provide role-based training and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Admin/IT team to communicate business needs, enhancement requests, and system bugs.
  • Participate in testing new Salesforce features, updates, and process changes prior to deployment.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing periodic data reviews and assisting users with proper data entry procedures.
  • Help document standard operating procedures and workflows.
  • Monitor usage and adoption of Salesforce tools within the team and suggest improvements.
  • Champion continuous improvement and serve as a change agent during CRM updates or enhancements.
  • Administer the program to process Pro-Pas requests and communicate with distributors when request is processed.
  • Maintain the corporate customer price file and price matrix and coordinate all changes to this. Responsible for timely notification of price changes to our customers.
  • Update price agreements and notify product managers and sales managers when price agreements expire.
  • Provide technical support to distributors using ExpressTech, including access requests, password resets, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist Product Service with training registration and invoicing, no charge orders related to warranty policies or programs.
