Job title: Business Systems Business Partner

Salary: £61,110+

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a programme of digital enablement projects to support the Functional roadmap programme encompassing all change projects across the Business Systems Competency Centre and value streams
  • Accountable for the development of digital capability plans and projects to address all aspects of the Function and related functional goals
  • Engage and deploy internal IM&T and external partner resources as appropriate to ensure effective definition and delivery of the Programme objectives
  • Deliver the strategic approach to understanding stakeholder objectives and requirements. Works with all interested parties to establish effective relationships between stakeholders, including responsibility for the relationship between technology functions and end users
  • Implement the organisation’s suite of projects and accountable for delivery of customer value and/or user satisfaction over time. Implements new projects which may create new opportunities and adapt existing projects to create new opportunities
  • Coordinate with other IM&T enabling activities across the Competency Centres to ensure integration of the digital services in line with the functional vision and functional plans

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience in IM&T delivery
  • Experience in Change Management/Business Change
  • Ability to build good working relationships with customers and stakeholders across all levels of management. This role will engage at senior leadership levels
  • Ability to manage and influence internal/external stakeholders

The Business Systems Competency Centre team:
The purpose of this role is to lead the programmes of Digital Enablement for the DTD&I Service Delivery Unit Business Systems Competency Centre. In this role, you will define and lead programmes of capability insertion for the Functions and provide IM&T integration across the Competency Centre, operating functions and draw solutions and resources from the IM&T service lines / competency centres.
