As a lead business systems consultant on the Human Resources (HR) & Legal Systems team, you’ll deliver strategic business solutions for the Legal organization’s technology initiatives. In this role, you’ll evaluate intricate business problems, lead detailed research efforts to develop well-defined functional requirements, and offer domain expertise to shape impactful technology solutions. You’ll focus on modernizing many of the systems our attorneys and legal professionals rely on to meet the business’s needs. You’ll work closely with the Legal Process organization, software vendors, and our partners in IT on large, complex projects. Additionally, you’ll prioritize benchmarking and recommending solutions based on the needs of our Legal groups, leading recurring major upgrade cycles, and coordinating system enhancements that align with business priorities.
