POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Business Systems Developer. The position is responsible for the implementation of our business applications which includes proprietary ERP/CRM configuration and programming tasks based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 3 to 5 years of relevant programming experience preferred and similar business system expertise is a plus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about implementing robust business processes that positively impact organizations and the communities they serve. They will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team of product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into business solutions that align with project goals.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Developer
· Experience breaking down high-level business requirements into implementation tasks.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
· Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering quality results.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Experience with JavaScript (front-end)
· Familiarity with SQL databases and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
· Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in ERP software implementation
· Knowledge of US local government business processes
· Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
· Experience with proprietary or low-code platforms, like Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow
Work Environment:
This remote role offers flexibility and opportunities for the right candidate. The selected candidate will collaborate daily with team members and customers across India, USA and Canada. Travel: rare; available for occasional business needs.

· Translate business requirements into a set of tasks to configure the product
