We are looking for a Business Systems Engineer: a business-first problem solver who delivers solutions based in existing products like Salesforce, n8n, make.com, etc. You bridge business needs and technical delivery across customer-facing, stakeholder-facing, and internal contexts, and you build robust, maintainable solutions across our business-systems stack rather than through click-based configuration. You will team up with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and a CRM Architect across thermondo's business functions. Guide the platform's design: give best-practice guidance to the software engineers who own Salesforce data objects and key flows, and be the deep product knowledge they rely on. Enable others — raise the capability of software engineers, product managers, and designers through pairing, review, documentation, and teaching. Improve the business systems and the processes they support, leaving them measurably better than you found them.
