About the Role We’re looking for a Business Systems Engineer to design and build the systems, integrations, and data infrastructure that power our customer and business operations. You’ll work across teams — from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, Services, and Finance — to create seamless workflows, automate processes, and deliver insights that drive growth and efficiency. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role where technical depth meets business impact. What you'll do Design and develop Salesforce solutions: Build scalable automations, custom objects, Flows, and Apex code that improve team productivity and data integrity. Integrate key business tools: Connect Salesforce with HubSpot, analytics platforms, and other systems through APIs and ETL workflows. Engineer data pipelines: Develop and maintain SQL-based data models and pipelines that support analytics, forecasting, and reporting. Enable data-driven decisions: Build dashboards and reports across Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools to improve visibility for GTM, Finance, and Operations teams. Automate processes: Use Python, Node.js, or JavaScript to streamline internal operations and enhance both employee and customer experiences. Collaborate and communicate: Partner with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Document and train: Maintain clear documentation of workflows and integrations; support user adoption through training and enablement. What you'll bring Salesforce Platform Developer I certification 3+ years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a related technical operations role Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, Snowflake, ClickHouse) Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL tools Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light front-end work Working knowledge of Python, Node.js, or Go for scripting and automation Excellent communication skills — you can make complex systems understandable to any audience A track record of building scalable, maintainable business systems that drive measurable impact About you You love solving complex problems and building automation that simplifies work.
