Job Summary: Assist in the implementation, integration, and optimization of a production scheduling software solution that interfaces with the company’s ERP system. This role will support data analysis, system configuration, and process improvement initiatives to enhance visibility, planning accuracy, and manufacturing performance. Job Qualifications: Education: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of freshman and sophomore years in a higher education institution (Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field preferred). Skills: * Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL. * Basic understanding of business systems and data structures. * Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing processes (preferred). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel experience strongly preferred). * Ability to learn new software tools quickly. * Commitment to continuous improvement and data accuracy. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist in the implementation and configuration of a production scheduling system integrated with the ERP system. * Support data mapping, validation, and synchronization between ERP and scheduling tools. * Write and analyze SQL queries to extract, validate, and troubleshoot data. * Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, planning, and IT) to understand scheduling requirements and constraints. * Assist in identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to improve production flow and scheduling efficiency. * Help develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making. * Document system processes, workflows, and user procedures. * Participate in testing system functionality and validating outputs. * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business systems and data integrity. * Perform other duties as assigned.
