What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of RBGV's business systems, ensuring our technology environment is secure, reliable and aligned with organisational priorities. You'll shape enterprise systems roadmaps, provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and guide technology governance, risk management and investment decisions. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on technical expertise, you'll ensure our core platforms, integrations and supporting infrastructure remain fit for purpose, while leading complex business transformation initiatives across multiple teams and suppliers. Through strong stakeholder engagement and technical judgement, you'll translate business needs into practical, sustainable solutions, challenge existing approaches and assess emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to identify opportunities that enhance RBGV's systems and services.
