We are currently looking for an senior business Systems Manager
MM Flowers is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to support our digital transformation across the UK and Europe. This key role will manage and develop our ERP, MRP, WMS, and EDI systems while ensuring critical legacy platforms remain effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ERP & WMS solutions across their full lifecycle.
- Define and document “as-is” and “to-be” processes.
- Deliver business-critical technology projects to agreed timescales.
- Work with senior stakeholders and superusers across multiple locations.
- Act as subject matter expert and point of escalation for business systems.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in a similar role, ideally within FMCG, food, fresh produce, or flowers.
- Expertise in at least two of: ERP, MRP, WMS, EDI.
- Experience with BPM, SQL, Power BI, Jira, test scripts.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
