We are seeking a versatile and proactive Business Systems Manager to join our Technology & Innovation team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation, optimisation, coordination and maintenance of all divisional wide business systems with particular emphasis on those that support our construction operations.

Responsibilities
  • System Strategy & Management:


    • Lead the development and execution of the divisional business systems roadmap

    • Evaluate, select and drive the implementation of new systems to meet evolving business needs
    • Lead the development of project system architectures
    • Ensure system architecture supports scalability, security and integration
    • Manage ongoing maintenance of systems, upgrades, end of life planning and support
    • Process Improvement & Optimisation


      • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

      • Collaborate with stakeholders to design workflows and implement system enhancements
      • Monitor system performance and user adoption, driving continuous improvement
      • Stakeholder Engagement & Support


        • Act as the primary liaison for systems between business units

        • Facilitate training and support for end-users to maximise system utilisation
        • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
        • Governance & Compliance


          • Ensure systems comply with internal policies

          • Maintain documentation across platforms
