We’re looking for a Business Systems & Power Platform Specialist to support multiple Australian clients from our First Focus Philippines team. You’ll build automations, streamline systems, and help people work smarter — not harder. What You’ll Be Doing Build & Automate Use Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to design solutions that make real-world work simpler. Improve existing systems and turn repetitive manual tasks into smooth, automated processes. Work with clients to understand what they need — and then actually deliver it. Support & Administer Keep Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive running smoothly. Manage permissions, migrations, and integrations across client environments. Help users understand and get more out of their systems (and maybe stop them breaking things). Collaborate & Improve Manage requests and incidents through ManageEngine, ServiceNow, or similar ITIL-based tools. Jump in on system improvement projects and help shape better processes across platforms like DevOps or IFS. Support cross-system integration and make sure data stays accurate and reliable. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration. Familiarity with Connectwise and other ticketing tools. Responsibilities
The specialist will build automations and streamline systems using Power Platform tools to enhance client operations. They will also support and administer Microsoft 365 tools, manage requests, and contribute to system improvement projects.
