JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Business Systems Project Analyst, Stores to play a key role in driving impactful business systems projects from initiation through rollout. In this dynamic position, you’ll support data collection and reporting efforts that fuel smarter decisions across store operations. Your analytical insights will directly influence improvements in associate productivity and elevate the customer experience across all locations. • Creates and maintains dynamic dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to communicate performance metrics, adoption trends, and ROI clearly and effectively
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to build lean business cases, support prioritization of projects, and provide clear recommendations
• Documents processes, identifies business requirements, and evaluates readiness prior to the initiation and implementation of projects
• Oversees ordering, reporting, and vendor relationship management for store hardware and technology equipment
