QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree and/or relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP) considered an asset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically with Excel and PowerBI.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions between diverse functional groups and present solutions.
  • Ability to analyze and work collaboratively and cross functionally in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Team player and willingness to take on any tasks that are required.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical operational role or software implementation role required.
  • Experience translating data and creating strategic reports.
  • Prior work experience with Cloudcards is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry is considered a strong asset, specifically in Aircraft Leasing and/or Aircraft Records.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Avmax’s Business Intelligence team works on direction-setting initiatives that drive growth and/or operational excellence.
The Business Systems Project Coordinator acts as liaison between the business stakeholders and software developer team to ensure seamless software execution. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, the Business Systems Project Coordinator helps identify and resolve issues, manage milestones, and reporting requirements. They will oversee the project timeline, track tasks, performs data entry, and maps processes to align with division goals.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attain deep knowledge of operational software (ERP, CRM, etc.) modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the organization’s business processes, leveraging this knowledge to oversee and guide the implementation and maintain the operational software.
  • Responsible to create and maintain detailed project plans, define milestones and deadlines to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Create and maintain company process and procedure documentation.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for operational software.
  • Responsible for regular communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed about progress, issues, and solutions.
  • Acts as liaison between the stakeholders and software developer team ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Work with software developer to resolve any programming or technical issues.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports utilizing advanced data analytics and visualization tools to present company performance, cost efficiency, risk factors, supporting data-driven decision-making for the management team.
  • Provide Help Desk support for software users, test new functionality, resolve technical issues and other general inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.
