JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Systems Analyst III performs systems analysis assignments with varying degrees of supervision. The Business Systems Analyst III also provides complex technical business support to clients that utilize small/midsize/enterprise level systems.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ Years of related experience
  • Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis
  • Previous management experience required
  • Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements, applying business systems knowledge to ensure relevant areas of research are addressed
  • Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years direct experience serving in Business Systems Analyst within a banking / financial institution.
  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis using a database/analytical tools, e.g. , Alteryx, Tableau, Oracle, SQL Server
  • 5+ years of experience in leading/driving requirements and analysis
  • 5+ years of experience with data mapping
  • 5+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience with current and emerging technologies, e.g. Cloud Computing, AI, Machine Learning
  • Demonstrated business and technology experience from within a financial / banking environment
