The Opportunity This is a role based in Bogotá, Colombia. Serve as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, partnering closely with global Medical Devices teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable technology solutions. Provide direct support to assigned business areas by applying strong IT and business expertise to analyze processes, define requirements, and contribute to business cases that improve operational efficiency and drive business value. What You’ll Do Support department level initiatives and participate in larger, crossfunctional programs. Collaborate with program and project managers across multiple phases, from discovery through implementation. Assist in ensuring solutions align with applicable regulatory and quality standards (e.g., validation, audit readiness, documentation requirements). Contribute to business relationship management, demand and portfolio planning activities, and IT roadmap development to support business priorities and compliance objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of specified functional area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, business processes, and information systems. Proficiency in English. Software Life Cycle with Regulated industry experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GxP regulated industries, and PLM/QMS systems. Technical curiosity and system-oriented mindset. Experience working in Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, or other broader Life Sciences disciplines. Experience with system development and delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the system development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in data analysis, including the ability to develop reports, metrics, and insights that support operational and business decision-making; proficiency with Power BI preferred. Strong knowledge of Software Lifecycle and GxP Computer Systems Validation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work thoroughly and accurately, including managing routine and detail-oriented tasks.
