EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ Years of related experience
• Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision making skills
• Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis
• Previous management experience required
• Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements, applying business systems knowledge to ensure relevant areas of research are addressed
• Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience working with banking industry
• 7+ years of experience working in integrated tech environments,
• 5+ years of experience with visio like tools
• 7+ years of experience working with vendors, product and technology teams.
• 5+ years of experience with leading a team of 5 or more team members.
• Challenges like co-ordinating with vendors, product and technology teams to convert business requirements into proper technology documents. Able to clearly explain the technology terms to non technical members. Looking after delivery timelines and raising concerns to leadership to keep the projects on track.
