Description
Configure, test, and maintain Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Performance Management modules. Partner with HR, Payroll, and Talent stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions. Design and configure absence plans, time-off policies, accruals, eligibility rules, and leave processes. Manage performance management configuration, including goal setting, feedback, talent reviews, and annual performance cycles. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely fixes. Support integrations with payroll, talent systems, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow. Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides. Provide functional expertise, end-user support, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. Collaborate with global HR Technology teams to drive process consistency, innovation, and best practices. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specifically Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Performance Management. Strong knowledge of time-off accruals, leave policies, and compliance requirements. Experience configuring performance cycles, review templates, goal frameworks, and feedback processes. Ability to design and configure business processes, eligibility rules, security groups, and calculated fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) would be a strong advantage. Experience with other HRIS systems and their integration with Workday. Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements related to HR data. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
