Description SUMMARY: The Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for administering and maintaining our key platforms, including Encompass for loan origination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Encompass functionality, configuration, and customization capabilities within the financial services industry. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Supervisory Role Supervise day-to-day activities of Software Support Technicians Communicate and reinforce individual goals, objectives, and expectations. Train employees on the specific duties of the job, and monitor progress towards individual goals and expectations Assist in the development of junior staff members as a general department resource. Effectively resolve escalations and complex assignments in a manner that is clear, concise and time sensitive. Delegate tasks to employees. Supervise employee performance, provide appropriate feedback, and find developmental opportunities that lead to continuous improvement for staff. Develop and encourage various team building activities to bring the whole team together. Handle multiple business, organizational and interpersonal changes or stresses that may exist in the employee’s work, work processes, Create and assign employee work schedules including assignments and job rotation. Maintain day to day communications with team members including providing general technical direction and coaching. Perform all other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: System Administration: Manage user access and permissions within Encompass. Configure and maintain system settings, including workflow templates, business rules, and security profiles. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades in coordination with IT and vendor support. Perform other duties as assigned. Customization and Configuration: Customize platform functionality to align with business requirements and regulatory guidelines. Develop and maintain custom forms, templates, and reports to support various stakeholders' needs. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements. Conduct testing and quality assurance for system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability. Data Management and Integration: Oversee data integrity and security within each platform, including loan accounts, customer records, and transaction data. Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with third-party systems to ensure data consistency. Develop and maintain data migration strategies for system upgrades and transitions. Compliance and Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with regulatory changes impacting mortgage lending, loan servicing, and customer relationship management. Ensure platform configurations and processes adhere to regulatory requirements, including TRID, RESPA, and GDPR. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to implement necessary changes and updates. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on platform functionality, best practices, and system updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting inquiries and user support tickets. Develop training materials, documentation, and knowledge resources to facilitate user adoption and proficiency. OTHER DUTIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Required: Knowledge of mortgage lending processes, loan servicing operations, and customer relationship management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment COMPENSATION: $65,300 – $81,700 Annual Salary. The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
