Larson Financial Group is seeking a tech-savvy, solutions-oriented Entry-Level Business Systems Tech to help optimize and support operational workflows across the organization. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong interest in technology, process improvement, and systems management who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement and manage workflow automation tools and technologies. Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies. Assist in project management and coordination for operational initiatives. Provide back-up and participate in cross-training for various roles within the Operations team. Requirements Proven tech experience in operational management, workflow optimization, or related role. Proficiency in workflow automation tools and technologies. Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with client information Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with project management tools (e.g., SMARTSHEET) is a plus. Agile certification and/or experience in similar process improvement methodologies. Experience with AI and process implementation Experience in the tech industry or financial services.
