This role is ideal for someone who loves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and end users to identify opportunities, shape product direction and drive successful outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle for a portfolio of technology products that support a divisional stream within Golding by:

Engaging with the product owner and business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business challenges, user needs and operational constraints.
Defining and communicating the product vision, value and success measures aligned with business strategy and stakeholder priorities.
Developing, owning and maintaining product roadmaps, translating business needs into clear and prioritised backlog items.
Facilitating prioritisation and trade-off discussions to align resources with the highest-value opportunities.
Driving the product outcomes, by leading cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions that realise business outcome
