James Cowper Kreston are recruiting for an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager, with demonstrable experience in transactions tax, including due diligence and M&A tax advisory.
Our clients range from owner managed businesses, through mid-market private equity funds to international corporate groups across a range of different industries. The role:

You will join a successful tax team with experience advising on a multitude of interesting transactions including acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations and MBOs.

  • You will have an opportunity to be involved in a variety of work including tax due diligence, transaction structuring work, international tax advice and employment-related securities work.
  • There will also be the opportunity to be involved with training and marketing initiatives if this is of interest.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • ACA or CTA qualified with the ability to demonstrate strong corporate tax technical skills, particularly with transactions tax experience.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
  • A team player – having the ability to work with the tax team, the corporate finance team and other members of the firm.
