We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Business Tax Technology Lead to join our thriving team in Bristol. Your role will be to lead our business tax technology support function at the start of an exciting new journey as we move to the cloud and change the way we manage business tax! This is a permanent role to be based at our Bristol office with office attendance at 2 days per week (minimum). There will be a 2 stage interview process with one of those sessions being a face to face meeting in Bristol with the team. As a Business Tax Technology Lead your responsibilities will include among others, Working with vendors to ensure that the software used is best in class Communication to the business tax practice to manage change updates Working with tax practitioners to improve processes and automate business tax products Manage support with multiple stakeholders Frequent communication with technology and tax leadership Integration of systems to ensure that we can provide the best technology experience to our clients and to our staff Qualifications Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you should have, A proven track record of working with tax solutions both in cloud and on premise A deep understanding of tax data and systems (in particular SQL and cloud solutions) A record of innovation and ambition to improve processes An understanding of data presentation and analysis, preferably with PowerBI skill set An ability to manage stakeholders at every level of the business Strong leadership skills to drive change Additional Information As a colleague here at S&W you will have access to benefits that include Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Hybrid working model (role dependent) Generous holiday package Option to purchase additional holiday Shared parental leave Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan Eye care support We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
