Job Description The Tools, Methods & Data department is seeking a Project Leader to oversee the Global Cost Book project, which is part of the digital transformation efforts for the Project Cost Performance (PCP) organization. The Global Cost Book project is designed to manage costed bills of materials (BOM) for vehicles under development as well as those in production. This global solution integrates with multiple regional BOM and cost systems. It is intended for all participants and stakeholders within the PCP and TPC management processes, including Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Suppliers. Qualifications Collaborate with the CTPC/PCP, SLCP, and CMTD teams responsible for the Global Cost Book to clearly establish requirements, define project scope, and determine timelines. Work in partnership with the Cost Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics and ICT departments to establish integration requirements. Oversee the process of studying project requirements to define the project's objectives, scope, and schedule. Assist with purchase requisition, purchase order, and contract processes as required. Coordinate with the ICT Project Manager to handle specification, architecture design, technical gate reviews, integration, user acceptance, system tests, and solution implementation across all Stellantis regions. Oversee and coordinate activities of the project team. Communicate the business vision to the implementation team, clearly explain project objectives, and facilitate team discussions to advance the project. Ensure compliance with Stellantis ICT standards and guidelines. Track project roadmap, budget, risks, and resources, and report updates at regular status and steering committee meetings. Required to use agile project development methodologies. Responsible for User Story sign-off and participation in phase entry and exit criteria. Coordinate and lead UAT, load, and non-regression test phases with the Business team. Serve as the primary liaison for communications with all stakeholders. This role covers all phases of the study, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Additional Information Experience managing projects from initiation to completion. Knowledge of automotive vehicle cost management tools and processes. Experience with software integration, including legacy systems and tools. Demonstrated experience collaborating with third-party software vendors. Ability to collaborate with global teams from diverse cultural backgrounds. Communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and third-party service providers
