Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Technology Analyst will be a key operational member of the Technology team, responsible for hands-on support of our critical systems, user support, project management, and the translation of business needs into technical solutions.
This is a highly active, hands-on role that requires both technical aptitude and strong project ownership skills. You will work across departments to ensure our ERP, CRM, E-Commerce, WMS and other systems run smoothly, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct hands-on support for core business technology platforms.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot system integrations and workflows across platforms.
  • Lead and manage technology projects, from start to finish, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, bridging the gap between user needs and system capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and outsourced support teams, ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations.
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and integrations.
  • Proactively identify system improvements, inefficiencies, or automation opportunities.
  • Set and manage expectations with internal stakeholders regarding project timelines, system capabilities, and support processes.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical teams.
  • Prioritize operational decisions independently when necessary, escalating strategic or critical matters appropriately.
