What the role will entail Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements Bridge business and Agile/Scrum teams, facilitating sprints and strengthening agile practices Lead end‑to‑end project and program management, including governance, budgets, and timelines Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of systems Build and develop high‑performing teams while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with proven expertise in project management and agile delivery. Strong knowledge of scrum methodology, product lifecycle management, and enterprise systems. Experience in product testing frameworks and quality assurance processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
