Description Trenam Law is seeking a Business Transactions / Corporate Paralegal with at least two years of legal experience to join our downtown Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys with mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate transactions, entity organization/formation, and general corporate housekeeping. This role involves working collaboratively with other paralegals and attorneys to handle routine and sophisticated transactions in support of well-established and entrepreneurial businesses. Requirements Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing transactional documents Coordinate and manage closing checklists, due diligence, and other transactional processes Along with other paralegals, support 30 attorneys within the Business Transactions practice and assist other groups as needed Utilize technology tools including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and iManage Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate setting Experience with M&A, corporate transactions, and entity formation/maintenance Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills Proficiency with standard office and legal technology Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects
