• Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve workflows.
• Use data insights to design and implement smart, sustainable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change projects.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, on time and on budget.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and workshops.
