Essential Requirements

• Experience working within Financial Services, regulatory bodies or similarly complex regulated environments.

• Significant experience, typically 8+ years, delivering business change or transformation in large, complex organisations.

• Proven experience developing change strategies, rollout approaches and adoption plans.

• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.

• Experience leading business readiness and adoption for technology-enabled change.

• Strong communications, engagement and awareness experience.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.

• Ability to monitor adoption, identify risks and issues, and drive benefits realisation.

• Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and techniques.
