Description
  • Manage end-to-end Business Transformation projects and project plans
  • Conduct business diagnostics through process walkthroughs, discussions, and data analysis
  • Identify process gaps, control failures, delays, and operational bottlenecks
  • Design efficient and scalable To-Be processes and controls
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI and process standardization
  • Define KPIs, roles & responsibilities, and authority and control matrices
  • Support ERP/application implementation, validation, and user handholding
  • Structure and analyze business data to generate actionable insights
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and KPI reports
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive process adoption and compliance
  • Present findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders
