Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering Minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent). Active enrollment in an accredited undergraduate, Master's, or PhD program at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship. a steadfast drive to solve tough problems the motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools the ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data sets consulting skills and the ability to think strategically the ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment courage to challenge leadership and our current ways of working the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form the ability to work effectively independently and in teams Grit!
