Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role provides project management support for Front Office-sponsored initiatives, aids Business Change Management across Commercial teams, and assists the Business Development team with high-level analysis for business cases

  • Support Front Office commercial opportunities by providing preparatory analysis of business change initiatives, taking a holistic approach across people, process and system leading to more effective and efficient engagement with Front Office and support functions
  • Support implementation of commercial strategic initiatives across the organisation across the Deal Lifecycle and between group companies.
  • Co-ordinate the execution of commercial business projects, leading the delivery of projects at all phases and support post go-live issues
  • Establish key interface for understanding and managing change and ensuring that resources are used efficiently within the organisation
  • Provision of analysis and project management capability to complex programmes that are led or impacting Front Office commercial change

This role requires strong commodities knowledge, project delivery expertise, and stakeholder management experience within complex Front Office environments.

  • Good commodities knowledge within a front office environment – Gas, Power, LNG, FX, and Carbon
  • Experience with delivering or supporting change for projects or major business transformations
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders in complex business environments
  • Ability to deliver time critical projects within designated schedules
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skill
