Description

The Personnel Group is a national not-for-profit organisation supporting people with disability and disadvantage through employment, health, training and community services. Operating across more than 100 communities, we combine the strength and experience of an established organisation with the ambition and agility of one that's continually evolving. We're looking for a Business Transformation Lead to help drive meaningful change and shape our next chapter.

We're proud of our history, but focused on the future. That's why we're investing in innovation, continuous improvement and smarter ways of working that strengthen our services and maximise our impact in the communities we serve.

This is a full-time position and can be based at any Personnel Group location, with occasional travel required across our national footprint

The Opportunity

This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CEO, designed to lead organisation-wide transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work across every division, helping us build a more agile, efficient and high-performing organisation while ensuring the benefits of change ultimately flow back to the people and communities we support.

We're proud of our history, but we want to think like a startup: curious, innovative and always looking for a better way. This role will be central to driving that mindset across the organisation.

What You'll Do

As our Business Transformation Lead, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to identify improvement opportunities, redesign processes and ways of working, and deliver sustainable change.

You'll lead transformation initiatives from concept to implementation, champion continuous improvement, and drive the adoption of AI, automation and digital solutions. Along the way, you'll build organisational capability, manage key stakeholders, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable business value.

About You

You're an experienced transformation professional with a track record of leading complex organisational change and delivering measurable outcomes. You combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, bringing strong business analysis, change management and project delivery skills. You'll be confident influencing leaders, navigating complexity, leveraging technology and AI to drive improvement, and building support for change across a diverse, multi-site organisation.

Relevant qualifications in change, project management, business analysis or continuous improvement will be highly regarded, as will experience within the not-for-profit, disability, employment, health or community services sectors

Why This Role?

If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the future of an organisation, this is it. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead enterprise-wide transformation, shape strategic decisions, champion innovation and emerging technologies, and deliver meaningful improvements that strengthen our services and community impact.

Ready to lead with purpose?

If you're looking for a role where you can combine commercial leadership with meaningful community impact, we'd love to hear from you

Application Process: Please apply via SEEK and complete the required application form. As part of your application, please submit your resume, evidence of relevant qualifications, and a cover letter outlining your interest in the role and suitability for the position.

Genuine applications help us better understand your unique strengths and what you can bring to our team.

Applications close 5pm on Tuesday 8th September 2026. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for pre-screening and may be invited to participate in formal interviews prior to the closing date.
