Leading change activity across complex transformation programmes
Developing and delivering change plans across communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption
Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and programme leadership
Supporting organisations through process, technology, and operational change
Driving engagement and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working
Monitoring change effectiveness, adoption, and business impact
Contributing to the development of change frameworks, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
