Your Mission As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large-scale, strategically important projects from concept development and business modelling through execution and delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while delivering measurable business value and supporting MOHU’s transformation agenda. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale, strategically significant projects from concept development through implementation and delivery. Develop new business concepts and operating models, including business case development and financial modelling. Monitor project performance, analyze deviations, and ensure achievement of financial and value realization targets. Drive strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Partner closely with senior management, providing strategic recommendations on efficiency, optimization, and transformation opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships across the MOL Group’s business segments, functions, and international operations. Take ownership of strategic project portfolio outcomes, including cost optimization and EBITDA impact. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage strategic risks. What We Are Looking For University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5–10 years of relevant professional experience with a strong emphasis on project management. Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Experience managing international and multi-country projects. Previous leadership or team management experience is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Outstanding project management capabilities. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including experience interacting with senior executives. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to navigate and drive complex business, organizational, and technology transformations. Self-driven, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
