• Drive innovation in programme delivery through automation, tooling, and modern P3M practices
• Contribute to the development of new offerings and delivery methodologies
• Support and execute the Programme & Change practice strategy
• Develop internal capability by coaching and mentoring junior consultants
• Play an active role in business development, including bids, proposals, and client pitches
