Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Become a trusted Business Transformation Services (BTS) Associate Consultant working on customer-facing projects
- Conceptualize and prepare business industry-specific content, presentations and customer meeting deliverables (for industries such as Discrete Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Industries, Life Science, etc.)
- Support / be responsible for customer-facing deliverables/activities
- Support with internal business development and go-to-market initiatives
- Support in the setup and operating of Communities of Practice
- Support BTS colleagues in creating compelling value propositions, transformation concepts, customer-specific transformation roadmaps
0-3 years working experience with proven ability in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Etc.
- Technical inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong business acumen
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in agile working and teamwork
- Customer centric focus and ability to conduct/lead customer-facing workshops
- Management Consulting experience is an added advantage
- Positive attitude, tenacity, adaptability and networking skill
