Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Become a trusted Business Transformation Services (BTS) Associate Consultant working on customer-facing projects
  • Conceptualize and prepare business industry-specific content, presentations and customer meeting deliverables (for industries such as Discrete Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Industries, Life Science, etc.)
  • Support / be responsible for customer-facing deliverables/activities
  • Support with internal business development and go-to-market initiatives
  • Support in the setup and operating of Communities of Practice
  • Support BTS colleagues in creating compelling value propositions, transformation concepts, customer-specific transformation roadmaps

0-3 years working experience with proven ability in a customer-facing role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Etc.
  • Technical inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong business acumen
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience in agile working and teamwork
  • Customer centric focus and ability to conduct/lead customer-facing workshops
  • Management Consulting experience is an added advantage
  • Positive attitude, tenacity, adaptability and networking skill
