We are looking for our new Business Transformation Specialist East Central Europe - An enthusiastic, open, and communicative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and approaches tasks with loyalty and responsibility. In this newly created role for our Business Unit East Central Europe, you will actively contribute to change and transformation initiatives and take ownership of defined workstreams. You will work closely with project leaders and business stakeholders to ensure new processes and systems are successfully rolled out and adopted across our countries in ECE. Job Description Your Role: Coordinate and drive the rollout of new processes and our across countries in East Central Europe Act as a key change management contributor to our ERP transformation project, transitioning from an on‑premise solution to a cloud‑based version (IFS) Lead and shape change management initiatives that support strategic and organizational transformation Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops to align stakeholder, build commitment and enable effective knowledge transfer Define, document and maintain clear roles and responsibilities through RACI frameworks Act as the project lead on business-side for selected transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and user adoption Qualifications What You Bring: Experience contributing to transformation initiatives in international and/or complex project environments Strong understanding of project management and business transformation, combined with a passion for driving meaningful change A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and the ability to thrive in dynamic settings Excellent communication and collaboration skills, paired with an international mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow Proficiency in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus for you Additional Information What we offer: High‑Impact Role: Shape TOMRA’s global transformation efforts and play a key role in driving circular‑economy and resource‑recovery innovation.
