What you can expect
Ready to jumpstart your career in business transformation? As a Business Transformation Trainee, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our operations. You’ll contribute to creating streamlined business models and support the team in driving performance.

What you’ll do

• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement;
• Support the creation and evaluation of pricing models and key business metrics;
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and help improve project performance;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative solutions and fresh ideas.

What you’ll need

• Ongoing or completed Higher Education Degree, preferably in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level), Portuguese is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Knowledge of business analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools) is a plus;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to business transformation initiatives.
