Today, we continue to carry that legacy forward, blending history and glamour with modern hospitality. We are looking for a Business Transient Sales Manager to join our sales team. This role is about building strong client relationships, driving new business, and ensuring The Hollywood Roosevelt remains a first-choice destination for business travel, consortia, and leisure guests. What you will do You will develop and manage relationships with key business travel and consortia accounts, identify and close new opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. You’ll create action plans, conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and track performance to ensure profitable business is secured. You’ll also represent the hotel at industry events and collaborate closely with internal teams including Front Office, Catering, Housekeeping, and Outlets to ensure client expectations are exceeded. Who we are looking for You bring proven hospitality sales experience with at least two years in a sales role. You understand the business transient, consortia, and leisure markets, and you know how to turn strategy into results. You are organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships. Experience with Delphi, Opera, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, along with a strong understanding of hotel sales processes and market trends.
