Business Unit Control - Product Control We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional to join our Product Control team, with a focus on daily P&L and NAV reporting. Our global product control team is responsible for estimate vs. actual P&L analysis and NAV reporting, reconciliation and monitoring, management reporting, and PM support. Principal Responsibilities Daily NAV Reporting for a diverse portfolio of structured credit investments, including commercial mortgage loans, CMBS, CLO equity, SRT, and private credit positions. Build out and oversee daily workflow processes and reporting related to NAV and returns calculation, inclusive of revenue, expenses, incentives, and returns. Partner with stakeholders across the firm including Middle Office, Finance, Operations, Treasury, IR to ensure accurate daily NAV reporting. Review and investigate T0 vs. T1 breaks related to both revenue and non-revenue items through data analysis, inclusive of detailed and thorough commentary. Develop controls and monitoring to capture, highlight, and escalate issues across multiple processes and workflows. Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management. Contribute to enhancement of existing tools and continued system development and implementation. Qualifications/Skills Required 7+ years of relevant experience in product control. Strong knowledge of structured credit products and fund structure. Detail oriented; Demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work Proven success interacting cross-functionally, specifically with investment professionals and senior management. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with ability to interact with individuals of all levels Murex/Geneva/Imagine knowledge a plus Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to Millennium’s reputation and success Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
