EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Bring a minimum of 5 years of robust experience in effectively managing customers within the Convenience & Wholesale channel. Your ability to understand and meet customer needs is paramount.
• Proven Growth Record:
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering continuous year-on-year growth in a similar role. Showcase your proficiency in driving sustainable business expansion within the Convenience & Wholesale channel.
• Demonstrate a proven capability to build and lead a first-class sales team. Your ability to foster collaboration and excellence within the team is crucial to achieving collective success.
• Change Management:
• Illustrate experience in bringing positive change to an organization, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking. Your ability to navigate and drive positive transformations is vital to our dynamic environment.
