• Leadership: 10+ years of experience in leadership positions, such as consulting or team lead roles in maintenance business.
• Cloud & DevOps Expertise: High-level understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps, and maintenance business + visionary view how AI will transform the business.
• Commercialization: Experience in offering development, building reusable sales assets, and developing sales processes.
• Financial Performance: Proven ability to excel against growth targets, build a robust business strategy, and deliver expected profitability.
