Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Unit Director - HIV in Spain. Reporting to the Executive Business Unit Director, this high-profile leadership position will be responsible for leading the HIV Business Unit across a diverse portfolio spanning both treatment and prevention, ensuring sustained growth of in-line brands, launch excellence, and strong business performance in a highly competitive and evolving market. The successful candidate will lead integrated Marketing and Sales teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, shape strategic priorities, and build strong partnerships across the HIV ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact patient outcomes while contributing to local and global business strategies, ensuring innovative solutions reach eligible patients throughout Spain. What you will do: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following: Lead the HIV Business Unit and deliver sustainable growth across a complex, multi-product portfolio. Develop and execute integrated Marketing and Sales strategies to maximize business performance and patient impact. Drive launch excellence and accelerate uptake of innovative therapies and prevention solutions within hospital settings. Lead and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Policy and Digital. Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance value for patients, healthcare stakeholders and the business. Foster an innovative, omnichannel customer engagement approach to strengthen customer experience and organizational effectiveness. What skills you will need: In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have: Significant experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles with commercial accountability. Strong experience working within hospital-based pharmaceutical environments. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies in complex and competitive markets. Experience leading both Marketing and Sales organizations and driving strong cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated success launching products and delivering business results in hospital settings. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally. Solid business acumen, analytical capabilities and experience using data to inform decision-making. Experience managing large teams and influencing matrix organizations across multiple functions. Experience in HIV and/or managing strategic alliances, co-promotion models or complex healthcare partnerships is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
