Typical Accountabilities - Define and execute marketing and sales strategies, including planning, pricing, and brand differentiation, ensuring all activities support targeted business results for brands. - Use market analysis and trend insights to drive success across assigned franchises or brands. - Monitor and drive operational efficiency, ensuring performance objectives align with organizational expectations. - Oversee budgetary compliance, resource allocation, and financial management for the business unit or franchise. - Represent the franchise or business unit in key internal and external engagements. - Lead and develop sales and marketing teams to achieve high standards of talent management and commercial performance. - Develop and manage key supplier and partner strategies that underpin sustained commercial performance and access to market opportunities. - Ensure (pre)launch excellence, robust account management, master digital and omnichannel adoption and execution, co-drive transforming care initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Essential: Bachelor’s Degree; Demonstrated experience in managing and leading sizable teams; Comprehensive understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products and local healthcare environment; Proven ability in strategic execution, and operational leadership. Desirable: MBA in relevant field; Experience in consumer and/or managed markets role; Sales experience. Key Relationship to Reach Solutions Internal: Senior leadership teams; Sales, marketing, production, and support functions teams; Medical teams, Market access teams; Other commercial teams on the need basis.
