Responsibilities
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse labour efficiency, unit production costs, material usage variances and absorption rates as well as collaborating with Operations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Internal Control: Implement, monitor, and review key controls to ensure compliance with L’Oréal’s internal control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Analyse the stock movements on a monthly basis, assist with managing inventory levels, and participate in stock take preparation and counts.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide financial support and analysis for monthly results, trends, budgets, and the three-year plan. Prepare and deliver timely financial reports.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor costs, identify risks and opportunities, and propose cost-saving actions. Utilize Activity Based Costing based on L’Oréal principles.
  • Capital Expenditure Management: Manage the capital expenditure budget and coordinate the Capex process, including creating project numbers and internal orders in SAP as well as ensuring the accuracy of the fixed asset register.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with other sites and divisions to share best practices and provide ad-hoc training and coaching to improve understanding of stock movements
