You will take responsibility for enhancing our service portfolio, identifying new market opportunities, and positioning our HCM practice as a reliable Payroll partner within the SAP ecosystem You will lead an established team of Payroll experts, further develop structures, and expand the unit strategically and organizationally. Collaboration with colleagues from Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leadership will be part of your daily work In addition to Payroll, you will also oversee the Operations area – focusing on process management, delivery quality, and close cooperation with our Operations team As part of the practice’s leadership team, you will be accountable for the overall performance of the Payroll & Operations Business Unit Beyond leadership responsibilities, you will stay close to clients: supporting proposals, representing the unit at industry events, and actively shaping its external visibility Another focus of your role will be the standardization of methods and processes – you will establish templates, best practices, and quality standards for our projects Finally, you will use your network within the Payroll community to identify, attract, and develop new talent for your team Qualifications You have several years of experience managing SAP Payroll projects, as well as maintaining and continuously developing existing Payroll solutions and client relationships – ideally with end-to-end responsibility You have experience in leading and developing teams and enjoy empowering people and building sustainable structures You possess solid expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), combined with a strong understanding of related Operations and Service Delivery processes You are familiar with the operational processes surrounding payroll accounting, time management, interfaces, and compliance You think entrepreneurially, identify market opportunities, and understand how to develop a business area strategically You combine analytical and conceptual thinking with strong communication skills at all management levels – complemented by a diplomatic and proactive approach You work with a high degree of quality awareness, structure, and personal accountability You bring a strong and practical network within the Payroll community Additional Information Our company culture Our culture is shaped by people who are connected by more than just their work.
