JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Lisbon office was established a year ago and is currently composed of a Business Manager and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are now looking for our Business Unit Manager to take on the following responsibilities:

4. CONSULTANT MANAGEMENT & CAREER DEVELOPMENT

A key part of your role will be the proactive management of your consultants’ assignments, ensuring their success and satisfaction by:

  • Conducting regular follow-ups (minimum one meeting per month).
  • Organizing quarterly mission reviews with clients and consultants.
  • Managing complex situations effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in business development, with experience in an IT consulting firm (ESN).
  • Enthusiasm for the IT service sector and a desire to learn about current technological challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and establish positive relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and eager to achieve results.
  • Fluent in both french and portuguese or english and portuguese.

  • Assessing candidates’ technical and functional skills.
  • Identifying suitable projects for them.
  • Defining the best recruitment approach for each candidate.
  • Organizing and participating in client interviews
