Your role: Management and development of BU sales in the Czech Republic Fulfillment of goals and management of the BU budget Management and development of a team of subordinates, onboarding of new employees Preparation of marketing plans for entrusted products, business plans and their implementation and long-term strategic goals Introducing new products to the market Personal contact with VIP customers and KOL Market monitoring and competitor analysis Contact with product suppliers Conducting business negotiations Basic issues of product registration and price setting Regular contact with headquarters Cooperation with other departments and divisions in the Czech Republic Who you are: University degree - medical or science education preferred At least 5 years of experience in a similar position is a big advantage Business and marketing experience in the field of pharmacy is a requirement Excellent knowledge of czech and english, both spoken and written language Active knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Independent, flexible and communicative personality with he ability to lead, motivate and develop a team Basic knowledge of registration issues Stress resistance, Positive thinking, High engagement and Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market Driver's license sk.
